On December 19, 2017 iHUB in Kyiv hosted the round table on ‘Prospects for the Development of Cluster Initiatives in 2018. Cluster Criteria and Experience in EU Countries’ which was attended by the director of UPROMEX, a member of the Innovations Development Council CMU and a member of the Supervisory Board of the Dnipro Space Cluster, Ruslan Korzh.
The meeting was organized by the Reforms Delivery Office CMU together with the Innovations Development Council and the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine in association with the Ukrainian Food Valley and German-Ukrainian Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
The participants discussed the principles of the national cluster policy, existing opportunities of receiving support from the Ukrainian Government and the EU, formed a common action plan for 2018.
The discussion covered the most relevant issues for the development of clusters at the national and regional level which has to promote closer interaction of the Ukrainian economy with international partners and further integration into the EU.
Dnipro Space Cluster, where UPROMEX is one of the participants of the cluster initiative, was also presented at the meeting.
